During this year's State of the Union Address, President Obama discussed a long list of hard-hitting governmental issues. Live in front of Congress, he shared the nation's goals for creating cheaper and more efficient energy sources, preventing American businesses from outsourcing jobs and establishing more affordable healthcare; and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
The President's speech was multifaceted and potentially complex so interns at the CPBN Media Lab ventured out to Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut to get students' take on the address. What parts of the address did they agree with? Which parts did they oppose? and most interestingly, did their political viewpoints or opinions of Obama change after watching the President's speech? Press play to find out.
These CPBN Media Lab interviews were produced by Tikeyah Whittle, Mark Yaworowski, Frank Wallace, Alex Kozar, and Liz O'Donnell.
