The federal regulation signed into law in 2007 (yes, prior to the Obama administration) has some people stocking up on incandescent light bulbs.
A New York Times article says these people have “profound light bulb anxiety.” Some are buying hundreds...if not thousands of traditional, incandescent light bulbs. They fear the harsh blue light of a world lit by compact fluorescent lights.
