The Republican takeover of the House and Senate means Obamacare is back in the news again.

On Friday, House Republicans filed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration, calling some of its actions on Obamacare unconstitutional. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court gets ready to rule on yet another provision of the Affordable Care Act.

This hour, we step back and ask what’s working, and what isn’t working in Obamacare. We explore these legal challenges and find out what might be changing.
