Everybody has this feeling that American Democracy isn't what we want it to be right now. It doesn't feel right, it doesn't feel like we're unified even about what the nature of our governance is.
So, if there was a big suggestion box sitting on the Mall in Washington, DC, what would you stuff into it to make things better? I gathered on-stage at Watkinson School three all-star experts to explore the future of American Democracy, and invited people from the outside to give us their ideas, too.
Special thanks to Watkinson School and the staff of Event Resources.
- Bill Curry - Democratic political analyst, White House counselor to the Clinton Administration
- Suzanne Bates - Policy Director at the Yankee Institute for Public Policy
- Bilal Sekou - Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Hartford
